About the Prints
Los Paisas (Colombian farmers) : I met these lugubrious gentlemen in a remote part of Colombia some years ago; they wear folded ponchos over their shoulders.
Pas de Deux a la Brexit : This was inspired by Sir John Tenniel’s famous cartoon in ‘Punch’ (see image left) after the British diplomatic triumph at the Congress of Berlin in 1878. British diplomacy in Europe has not been so successful recently.
Tottenham Graffiti Enthusiasts: This is based on an actual railway bridge in North London, where Millwall Football Club is generally disliked.
