Starting therapy can feel uncertain, especially if it’s your first time. You might wonder what to say, how it works or whether it will help. That’s completely normal. My aim is to create a space that feels safe, steady and supportive, somewhere you can show up just as you are.

First session
The first session is a chance to meet and get a feel for each other. We’ll talk about what has brought you here, what you’re hoping for and how I work.
There’s no expectation to commit. You’re welcome to take the time to decide if it feels like a good fit.
Ongoing sessions
Sessions take place at the same time each week. Some people come short term to focus on a particular issue. Others stay longer to explore things further. We’ll check in regularly about what’s useful and what’s shifting.
Therapy can feel different week to week. Some sessions bring clarity or relief; others may stir things up or take time to settle. That’s all part of the process. There’s no right way to be here.
